Easy Umami Garlic Short Ribs

 2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 slices of fresh ginger
4 short ribs
1 1/2 cup OtaJoy sushi sauce
1 1/2 cup water
Green onion (for garnish)



  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place ribs in container along with minced garlic and ginger
  3. In a separate container, combine Otajoy sushi sauce and water. Stir well.
  4. Pour mixture into the container with ribs and bake in an oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Garnish with green onion as desired.
