These Umami Garlic Short Ribs are tender, delicious and super easy to make! I
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 slices of fresh ginger
4 short ribs
1 1/2 cup OtaJoy sushi sauce
1 1/2 cup water
Green onion (for garnish)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place ribs in a container along with minced garlic and ginger
- In a separate container, combine Otajoy sushi sauce and water. Stir well.
- Pour mixture into the container with ribs and bake in an oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately. Garnish with green onion as desired.
